This website provides product information, educational resources, and inquiry forms for commercial communication with iStill.
2. Equipment information and quotations
Except for the production-slot reservation described below, equipment pages and calculators are informational. Final equipment pricing, delivery, specifications, and scope are agreed separately in a formal quotation or purchase agreement.
3. iStill University tickets
Course tickets are sold for the date, venue, contents, and price shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in euros and the €2,500 ticket price excludes VAT. VAT is calculated from the billing country and business details provided at checkout. Travel, hotel accommodation, and other personal expenses are not included.
Tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, subject always to any mandatory rights that apply by law. You may transfer a ticket to another attendee by contacting our team before the course. In exceptional circumstances you may ask us to validate your ticket for a future course date; approval is discretionary and not guaranteed.
4. Production-slot reservations
The €495 reservation payment saves your place in iStill's production planning queue for the Design Studio setup submitted with the reservation. The reservation allows our team to begin discussing the exact scope and timeline with you. It is not a final equipment order, does not by itself fix a delivery date, and does not replace a signed quotation or purchase agreement.
The reservation payment is non-refundable and the reserved position cannot be moved. The remaining equipment price must be paid before production starts unless iStill agrees alternative payment terms in writing. Estimated lead times are planning indications and can change as the final scope and production schedule are confirmed.
5. Payment and confirmation
Online payments are processed securely by Mollie in euros. An order is confirmed only after Mollie reports the payment as paid. A payment confirmation or receipt is not a VAT sales invoice; our finance team will prepare the applicable sales invoice using the billing details you provide or request those details afterwards.
6. Accuracy and availability
We continuously improve content, but we do not guarantee that all information is always complete, current, or suitable for every use case.
7. Course changes and availability
Ticket and production capacity is limited. If iStill has to cancel or materially reschedule a course, we will contact affected customers with the available transfer or refund options. We may refuse or reverse an order affected by an obvious pricing error, duplicate payment, fraud, or lack of capacity, and will refund any amount that should not have been collected.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt normal operations.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by iStill or licensed to iStill and may not be reused without permission.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, iStill is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.
