Who should complete the survey?
Owners, founders, head distillers, production managers, and senior operators at real commercial distilleries are the best fit. If you know the business and production reality, your answers help the benchmark.
Will anyone see my individual answers?
No. Your private results page is only for you. Public and participant results use anonymized aggregate data, and sensitive comparisons only appear once enough qualified responses are available.
Why do you ask for my details?
We use your details to verify that the survey is being completed by real distilleries and to keep duplicate or low-quality responses out of the benchmark. That keeps the final results trustworthy.
Do I need exact financial numbers?
No. The survey uses ranges for sensitive business metrics such as revenue, costs, output, and investment plans. A truthful approximate band is enough.
What happens if there is not enough data for my country yet?
You will still see the global benchmark. Country-specific results unlock once enough qualified distilleries from that country have participated.
Can I return to my results later?
Yes. After submitting, you create or use an iStill login to protect your private results page. You can return as the benchmark grows and more distilleries join.
