From the Mekong to the back bar with Seekers

At its Phnom Penh distillery, Seekers makes regional spirits and develops bespoke products for hospitality brands. An iStill 2000 sits at the centre of the operation.

A collection shaped by the Mekong

Seekers Spirits builds its gin, vodka and liqueur collection around the ingredients and cultures of the Mekong region. Its gin programme combines juniper with regional botanicals, distilled on an iStill 2000 at its Phnom Penh facility.

The collection stretches from Mekong Dry Gin to coffee, orange and pandan liqueurs. That breadth gives the distillery a platform for both its own brands and work developed for other businesses.

One distillery. Many brand stories.

Seekers’ contract-production service spans recipe development, distillation, bottling and labelling. Its published equipment information confirms the 2,000-litre iStill system behind the operation.

Its own portfolio lists Elephant Bar gins for Raffles Hotel Le Royal, gin and vodka for FCC Angkor by Avani, a botanical spirit for Park Hyatt Siem Reap, and vermouth for Sora at Rosewood Phnom Penh. These are customers of Seekers’ production service, rather than direct iStill equipment customers.
