As I spoke to Tony, a student at the iStill University and a former Apple employee, the topic of working for Steve Jobs came up. According to Tony, Steve's biggest superpower was his ability to say no. Steve, as I understood it, clearly knew what he wanted and that certainly wasn't compromising by adding more. It usually meant a move in the opposite direction, where less is more.
