We found out that in the USA there are lots of different sockets and plugs. So if we would fit for example plug type A, for sure our client would have socket B. Or the other way around. After some discussion with friends from America, we found out that people don't mind. They buy electrical devices without a plug and add the plug that fits their socket themselves. "Plug & Play", only different.
Anyhow, to help our US clients as best as we can, we decided to deliver the iStills we'll be shipping to the States without plugs. We do ad a wiring diagram to help connect the iStill to any socket available.
