Automation
A master distiller built in.
Intelligent programs automate mashing, fermentation, and distillation while keeping recipe intent at the center.
Automated, efficient, and scalable for the modern distillery.
Automated instead of manual, Steel instead of copper, Square instead of round. We didn't imitate the old standard. Instead, we built the new one.
Short on fiction and romance. Strong in control, efficiency, and reproducibility.
Automation
Intelligent programs automate mashing, fermentation, and distillation while keeping recipe intent at the center.
Precision
ABV control, automated cuts, and advanced reflux management work together to keep output aligned with the profile you validated.
Efficiency
Insulation, CLEVER engineering, and intelligent process control reduce waste and heat loss and makes spirits production more affordable.
Flavor
Direct heating, combined with our patented square boiler, allows for Maillard-driven flavor development and prevents scorching. Unlock 25% more flavor than your competition.
Medals & Awards
Distilleries running iStill equipment are taking over the world and spirit competitions. Not because the machine replaces craft, but because it gives distillers a more repeatable, easy-to-use and scientific foundation for it.
Discover hall of fameDistilling, automated.
iStill comes with intelligent programs for mashing, fermentation, and distillation. The system manages cuts, reflux, and athmospheric pressure so validated recipes can be repeated with no operator intervention.
Programs
Prebuilt logic helps automate all production stages. Only the iStill can mash, ferment, and distill.
Repeatability
Air pressure-aware control continuously compensates for changing run conditions. This results in the same spirit being produced over and over again. The same heads, hearts and tails separation ensures you always get the same flavor.
iStill VPN (optional)
Internet connectivity allows remote monitoring of your iStill system from anywhere in the world.
iStills can virtually produce any distilled spirit. From whisky and rum to gin, vodka, brandy, and liqueurs, all from a single machine. One platform for broad production, without forcing you into separate stills, separate workflows, or separate control logic every time you want to make something new.
Heat out, without the jacket.
Inspired by the efficiency of a car radiator, the iStill Boiler Radiator cools the vessel directly. That means faster pull-down from mash temperatures, lower water use, and no need for a bulky double-boiler design.
Direct cooling
The radiator cools the product side directly, avoiding the cost, bulk, and sluggish response of jacket-based cooling.
Performance
Local iStill testing showed materially faster cooling with lower water usage, making mash cool-down and fermentation control more practical.
Workflow
Combined with the boiler and automation stack, the radiator turns the platform into a single-vessel production system.
Mixing, without the vortex.
The Jet Propulsion Agitator System works with the flush square boiler to keep particles suspended, distribute heat evenly, and reduce shearing. It is the mixing system that makes on-grain work, controlled mashing, and stable fermentation practical in one vessel.
Mixing
The J-PAS keeps solids moving through the wash so heat distribution stays even and hotspots are less likely to develop.
Flush square boiler
Working with the flush square geometry, the agitator limits vortex formation, improves fill grades, and keeps product movement controlled.
Process control
It makes mashing, fermentation, and on-grain distillation more stable by reducing shearing while maintaining continuous circulation.
Square boiler geometry
The patented flush square boiler increases usable fill grade, keeps product movement controlled, and gives the agitator a calmer geometry to work with. The same logic scales from the iStill 250 all the way to the iStill 5000.
Fill grade
The square geometry increases usable volume so the stated net capacity is practical production capacity, not marketing theater.
Product movement
A flush square footprint helps the agitator move product evenly through the vessel instead of pulling it into a tall central funnel.
Heating logic
Direct heating and stable movement work together to support Maillard-driven flavor development while reducing the risk of local scorching.
Integrated heating
Direct by default. Indirect and steam available. All iStill heating options sit directly in the liquid bath for optimal efficiency and improved flavor notes. Direct heaters are the default configuration, but they can be switched out for indirect heaters or steam heaters when your process needs a different heating strategy.
That means you can start with the standard direct-heated setup and move into indirect or steam-based production without changing the underlying still platform.
Built to last
iStills are made from high-quality stainless steel: strong, chemically inert, and designed to outlast traditional copper stills many times over. Optional copper catalytic waffles inside the column help manage sulfur compounds without degrading the still. keeping spirits clean even when fermentation quality varies.

Cleaning
Due to the properties of stainless steel only a quick cold water flush is needed to clean the system, saving you hours of cleaning time.

Traditional copper stills were designed for the 19th century. iStill Hybrid is designed for the 21st: compact, insulated, internet-connected, and engineered around repeatability.
0%
Modern insulation and control can reduce operating costs dramatically compared with traditional copper pot still systems.
80%+
iStill boiles are communicated with NET capacity. The iStill 500 is actually 20% bigger so you have an actual 500 liter fill grade. The square boiler improves usable fill capacity while preserving stable production behavior.
1 hour
Self-cleaning behavior reduces downtime between runs and gives operators time back.
iStill + iStill Extractor
The iStill Extractor adds Soxhlet-style extraction to the platform, giving distillers a way to pull bold botanical, fruit, and spice character without cooking the ingredients in the boiler. It opens a second workflow next to classic boiler and vapor infusion: cleaner than overpushed boiler runs, fuller than light vapor pickup, and fast enough for real production.
Extractor loop
Condensed vapor fills the extractor chamber, loads flavor from the charge, then siphons back to the boiler in a closed loop for repeated high-yield extraction.
Flavor design
Use it to build heavier botanical spirits, fruit-forward liqueurs, concentrated extracts, or essences that can be redistilled when you want a cleaner final profile.
Workflow speed
The extractor gives distillers a much faster route to flavor development, replacing long soak-and-wait workflows with a controlled repeatable process on the still.
