With over 15 years of experience in consulting with distillers from all around the world, it is high time that our consultancy gets to stand on its own two feet. Our consultancy will become a separate company, pulling together with iStill. Where iStill focuses on producing advanced distillation equipment, OdinsConsultancy focuses on providing the associated consultancy. Where iStill delivers the ultimate distillation tools, OdinsConsultancy is here to improve your skills as a distiller.

We are consulting with distillers for over 15 years now. In those years we:

What OdinsConsultancy brings to the industry

OdinsConsultancy offers distillers the following services:

We have both theoretical and hands-on training. Our educational facilities are rated with a 9.8 score by our students. We can fly over and assemble your still on location. We can add machine-training to that, to create the easiest onboarding into the distilling industry imaginable.

Under “Recipe Consultancy” we offer three services: 1. Recipe Evaluation (where we judge and rate your spirit samples); 2. Recipe Improvement (where we give advice to improve your spirits); 3. Recipe Development (where we design your spirit from scratch)!

Do you want to sell your still? In that case we can have it shipped back to us and then refurbished. After that, we can resell it for you. Warranty will be on us, as well as all the onboarding-associated questions.

Do you have questions about distilling? If you are able to inform us on your problem and the goal you want us to help you achieve, we can draw up an offer for tailor-made consultancy by Odin, the world’s biggest distillation expert.

For 2026 our staffing and capacity planning allows us to:

•⁠ ⁠Educate 20 distillers via our hands-on courses;

•⁠ ⁠Assemble 10 distilleries on location;

•⁠ ⁠Do 10 machine-trainings on location;

•⁠ ⁠Evaluate 10 spirit samples;

•⁠ ⁠Improve 10 spirits;

•⁠ ⁠Develop 10 recipes from scratch;

•⁠ ⁠Refurbish and resell 6 iStills;

•⁠ ⁠Offer up to 500 hours of consultancy with Odin.
