iStill in Mongolia!

Earlier this month iStill visited Mongolia. APU Company, the country's biggest producer of alcoholic beverages, both beer and spirits, invited us to help them set-up their gin and gin distillery. William and Odin flew over to the capital to meet the management.

After that we travelled to the Spirit Bal Baram facility to check-out the gin distillery that incorporates an iStill 1000 and multiple iStills Mini. We optimized the gin recipes and trained SBB's distilling team in the art and science of gin distillation.

Later on we travelled back to Ulaanbaatar for some rest and sight-seeing. The Genghis Kahn Museum is amazing! And so is Mongolian vodka, hospitality, and food. Thank you APU Company for the warm welcome and hope to see you again in the future!
