New iStill’s Sales Procedure: More Personal, Less Digital!
We are changing iStill’s Sales Procedure. Or better said: we are decluttering it and going back to how things were in the past. More personal, less digital. We are a family business after all, and in order for you and us to assess if we should become part of each other’s lives, let’s meet! Where they matter, let us make things personal again.
Idiosyncratic? Willful? For sure. But then again: How often do you start a distillery? How often do you buy a still? How often do you enter a business relationship that may last well over a decade? In all the above cases: Wouldn’t you want to make sure that you are making the right choice? Wouldn’t you want us to make sure that we make the right choice?
Buying a still with iStill is more than a transaction. It is buying into a relationship. So let’s get to know each other before we decide on that deal. You are invited over to visit us. To get to know us. To see, touch, and feel the iStills. To discuss your plans and to receive our feedback. We want you to get to know the iStills and we’ll have one of our consultants ready to talk to you about our onboarding services. And you know what? If you come, first round of drinks is on us!
To that end, to make things more personal and less digital, we changed the iStill Sales Procedure. It now consists of three simple steps:
1. Plan a video call to present your plans and learn about our solutions;
2. Plan a visit to iStill HQ for proper introductions and in-depth discussions;
3. Place your order via the tailor-made iStill Purchase Agreement.
PS: iStill Minis can still be purchased online!
