Take our award-winning bourbons, for example. We carefully select the finest grains and ferment them slowly for maximum flavor extraction. The sweet mash is then distilled and aged for years in premium charred oak barrels hand-selected by our coopers. This meticulous barrel work allows the wood's natural sugars to caramelize, imparting rich vanilla and oaky notes.
