iStill is op zoek naar een Commercieel Assistent, die vloeiend Nederlands (op kantoor) en Engels (met de klanten) spreekt. Is deze functie iets voor jou, dan is dat omdat je klantgericht en energiek bent. Misschien heb je een achtergrond in de commerciele binnendienst of hospitality. Hoe dan ook vind je het leuk om met onze klanten te communiceren en een bijdrage te leveren aan de verdere groei van ons bedrijf.
Je taken? Je houd het CRM systeem bij, voert telefonische intake gesprekken met de leads die ons benaderen, stelt gespreksverslagen op, en plant de agenda van de CEO of Commercieel Manager met de commerciele vervolggesprekken.
Verder onderhoud je contact met bestaande klanten, leer je ze kennen; hoe het met ze gaat en wat ze verder nog nodig hebben vanuit iStill. We verwachten dat je daarbij pro-actief te werk gaat, dat je onze klanten en leads een gastvrij onthaal biedt, zowel via de telefoon, als wanneer ze ons bezoeken voor hun opleiding. Zorgen en ontzorgen.

iStill is an innovation organization, located in the city of Woerden, the Netherlands. With a small team of dedicated professionals we design and produce unique distilling and brewing machines. These are sold all over the world.
iStill is looking for a Commercial Assistant, that speaks Dutch (at the office) and English (with customers) fluently. This is the job for you, because you are customer oriented and positively energetic. You possibly have a track-record in internal account management or hospitality. Whatever your background is, you love to communicate with customers and deliver an important contribution to the further growth of our company.
Your responsibilities? You maintain the CRM system and keep it up to date. You schedule and perform intake conversations with the leads that approach us by phone. You write and file conversation reports. You plan the CEO’s or Commercial Manager’s agenda with follow up commercial meetings.
You also establish contact with our existing customers and get to know them, in order to follow up on how they are doing and to address any commercial opportunities that arise. We expect you to be pro-active, warm and welcoming, to both our leads, our customers, by phone and when they visit us at the iStill Technology Center for meetings or education. Take care of them and unburden them.
