Is 1000 the new 500?

We see a rapid growth in iStill 1000 orders. That begs the question: "Is the iStill 1000 the new iStill 500?" Or, phrased slightly different: is the 1000 liter capacity iStill replacing the iStill 500 as one of our best-sellers, next to the iStill 2000?

It sure looks like it. And that actually makes sense, if we compare pricing with sizing. The iStill 500 Hybrid starts at 55K, while the iStill 1000 Hybrid starts at 70K. For an additional 15K, the craft distiller gets double the capacity ...

We are currently finishing three iStills 1000 for three different customers ...

Probably, the next question will be: where will be the new beverage fashion in the world? Gin, currently, is saturated, is massive. Fermented, could be, the new tendency because you can add identity, singularity and, of course, another vision to the spirits industry. But the other detail, just a little detail, is time. When you change 500 liters per 1000 liters, time is too much. I prefer two per 500 liters than only one 1000 liters. It´s my personal opinion. Thanks for your post mate, you´re always passionate.
