"The most common question we get asked is, what type of still do we use? We imported our still from a Dutch company called iStill.com.
Why an iStill? Stills haven't changed much in the last 500 years but iStill is different, it’s like a thermomix of stills. It can do whiskey, brandy, vodka’s, rums and gins. One still does it all and future proofs our business.
It’s also one of the most energy efficient stills on the market. Mix that with our renewable energy policy and our closed loop water system, it means we are heading towards being a carbon neutral distillery. That has to be an aim of our business.
