Customer Feedback!

Just a quick note for y’all.

I’m on my 5th Wheat Vodka finishing run on the 2000 and have gotten it dialed in where I’m operating at 90% power and yielding 95.8 to 95.2% at ~ .5 Liter / minute +/-

Now that I’ve gotten a cadence down and seemingly optimized I wanted to check w/ yall on whether this is considered good or not…..I’m pleased but want to improve a bit to shorten the day if possible.

In terms of fermentation, I’m yielding a 21.5 plato Original gravity and ending consistently w/ 0 plato in 6 days using a coarse milling that’s WAAAAAY easier to handle both during milling, gristing and post distillation clean-up.

I’ll also check FB, when I have a moment, but also wanted to let you know directly how super impressed I am w/ this equipment

Had huge storms this week, and the BP of ethanol dove to 77.2 all day, and shot back up to 78.2 all within ~ 12 hours and yielding an absolutely consistent product.

I just figured its good to hear some positive feedback rather than just help me…..i screwed up or I don’t understand something…
