Noto Gin from Wales Wins Gold!

Congrats to In the Welsh Wind Distillery for winning gold at IWSC. Noto Gin scored a whopping 95 points and is made with an iStill.
Here's what the judges had to say:
"A heady nose of florals and herbal hints [giving way] to earthy coriander, citrus peel and a touch of caramel. The palate is beautifully balanced and vibrant, displaying a wonderful depth of flavour and lingering spices. An outstanding example."
