Helping a Craft Brewer make Whisky!

A little over three years ago, we were contacted by Van De Streek Bier - a local craft brewer that wanted our help at making whisky.
Three years ago, we designed a recipe, based on their beers, and filled two barrels. This week we're trying out the final results before bottling.
