Hitting 96.5% with the iStill 2000!

Last week we made vodka with the iStill 2000. We had a bunch of heads and tails from previous gin runs and decided to clean them up. We filled the boiler with 1900 liters of 30%. Running the unit at 100% power (36 kW) helped us hit 96.5% (193 proof) with ease.
