iStill University Workshop in Amsterdam!

We are currently training 16 new distillers in the noble science of distilling! During the course they learn about mashing, fermenting, and distilling. They already made brandy, gin and a liqueur. Today is the last day of the workshop and we'll kick-of with the students making single malt whisky. Here are some pics!
