One of the best hotels in Schotland, Dornoch Castle, with a famous bar ( voted the world's best whisky bar!) now opens a distillery. Dornoch Distillery. Simon and Philip Thompson (yes, brothers!) manage the distillery. Here's a few pictures that give an impression on how their work progresses.
