Yesterday I visted the Filliers Distillery. Filliers is situated in Belgium, near Gent, and they are one of the few traditional genever distilleries left in the low countries. Nowadays, they have a great selection of genevers, gins as well as single malt whisky. They also want to make vodka in the near future ...
