Varieties:

• Non-heated / non-cooled single tank, with temperature measurement
• Water jacketed fermenter with computer controlled heating and cooling management
• Water jacketed fermenter with computer controlled heating, cooling, and agitator management

Specifics of the 150, 250, and 500 liter models:

• Conical shaped fermenter bottom
• 50 centimeter diameter top manhole
• Diagonaly mounted agitator

Specifics on the 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 liter models:

• Minimal slope shaped fermenter bottom
• 50 centimeter diameter top manhole
• 50 centimeter diameter side manhole
• Bottom dweller agitator design (vertical instead of diagonal)
