iStill distillation program for Easy Grappa!

We finished around 35 liters of 7.5% strong Raisin Wine last week. Last Sunday we turned it into a fine tasting Raisin Brandy. Here are the menu settings we dialed in:
- Set Fores Collection at 79 degrees C;
- Set Stabilization time on 20 minutes;
- Set End Temperature of Run on 97 degrees C.
- Pot Distillation;
- Fores & Heads Removal;
- No Carbon Filtering.
