We are adding some new options to our menu structure. Here's what we are changing:
- The end temperature for collecting spirit can now be set as low as 90 degrees Centigrade;
- The time of column stabilization can be set as low as 1 minute.
Especially distillers using the pot distillation programs will benefit. With the broader settings for ending the run, the iStill can be dialed in to stop collecting when hearts are taken.
By allowing for a column stabilization time of nill, distillers can now switch to tails collection right away, without another column stabilization, however short, taking place first.
