As everyone knows, whiskey can only be made with a potstill. Fractionating columns are not designed to make whiskey, because the output they generate is close to 96%. And when one distills above 80%, one starts to lose taste, right?
Wrong!
Using a new procedure and the state of the art iStill 50 or 250, a whiskey can be made at 96%. Not enough taste? More than enough taste!
