Here is a picture of the Dornoch Castle Distillery in Scotland. They run a traditional 1000 liter copper Hoga's as well as two modern 2000 liter iStills. The Thomson Brothers, that own and run the distillery do an amazing job at making single malt whisky and all grain specialty gins. We are proud that our machines help them reach their goal: making some of the world's most amazing spirits!
