Trust ...

You may have been contacted via email by people pretending to represent iStill. They may have offered you "upgrades" to your iStill. At "low" prices. They may even have told you they were a new, "improved" iStill, now operating under a new name. Beware! These people are not working for us. Not anymore. The emails you get, come from people that have worked for us in the past, welding our boilers and columns. We stopped dealing with them for a very important reason: they underperformed in terms of quality. What disappoints me, is that these individuals don't even come up with their own designs or functionality. Instead, they take our older stills, rebatch and refurbish them, and try to sell them as something new. What angers me, is that you, as our customers, are now confronted with the very people I wanted out of my company in the first place. I sincerely apologize for that.

(The picture underneath is an example of the poor quality these people delivered ...)

(... and why we stopped working with them)

I would like to ask any of you that have received similar emails, to contact me via sales@istillmail.com or by leaving a comment down below. This would help us tremendously to get a better view of their actions and the potential damage they cause. Thanks in advance! Odin.
