Introduction Luftbremzer Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery in the making, formed of entrepreneurs, engineers, and gin enthusiasts. They are opening Croatia's first gin-only distillery. Gin Their gin will be local - all botanicals are sourced from local herb pickers and small family farms - in order to assure uniqueness in taste as well as in the business model. The gin recipe that the Luftbremzer Team developed in their mini-lab, now has to be scaled-up to production. The goal is to fund the distillery equipment, with the iStill at the center, through a crowdfunding campaign on the Indiegogo platform.
