The iStill 5000 can mash, ferment, and distill up to 5000 liters in one go. We designed it for the Craft Distiller that wants to maximize his (or her) production rates, without compromising on ease of use, efficiency, and product quality. Specs The boiler has a net capacity of 5000 liters or 1300 gallons. It's 230 centimeters high, and 180 centimeters wide and deep. It can be fitted with our potstill and robotized column, as well as with a fermentation head if you just want to use it for mashing and fermenting. The unit can be equipped with our advanced Jet Propulsion Agitator for perfect particle and heat distribution. The big boiler radiator is the option of choice for cooling while mashing or fermenting.
