Helsingborgs Brewery, from Sweden, came over to iStill's HQ near Amsterdam last week. For some training and in order to collect their iStill 100 NextGen. And they were so kind as to let us taste their complete beer portfolio! The Helsingborg Team has put the iStill to good use straight away, and made their first spirits, based on a Winter Ale beer recipe. If the spirit is as good as the beer it's made from, and I am pretty sure it is, it'll be a winner! Congrats guys! Here's a picture from Sweden:
