ADI, the American Distilling Institute, was founded in 2003 to promote the craft distilling renaissance. And many, many craft distillers around the world choose iStills 250 as their main supplier for distillation equipment. Since we strongly support the craft distilling renaissance, as well as ADI's efforts to promote it, iStill will sponsor the 2014 Spirits Conference. The conference takes place in Seattle, from March 31st to April 2nd, and will be concluded with the ADI Gala. During this Gala, an iStill 250 will be auctioned among the participants. The money raised that way will be used to set up an internship for someone wanting to learn how to become a craft distiller. That way, both ADI and iStill, hope to make two people very happy. First of all the want-to-be pro distiller that will win the internship. Secondly, the distillery that will buy the iStill 250!
