ADI, the American Distilling Institute, was founded in 2003 to promote the craft distilling renaissance. Currently over 400 craft distillers have ADI membership. That number is expected to grow to anything between 600 and 800 in the next few years! iStill and ADI are partnering up, as it is called. Our goal, to make distilling easy, is very compatible with ADI's aims to further promote craft distilling. What the co-operation means? It means that from now on we are considered an honorary member of ADI (thanks Bill for allowing us that courtesy. Very much appreciated!), we will be reselling ADI books, and we put in all the effort we can to participate at the 2014 ADI Conference in Seattle!
